“Pasamos unas vacaciones soñadas. Estamos muy agradecidos”
The service, location, and amenities were excellent, but the access to the place isn’t well signposted, especially at night, and the price is a bit high.

The room they assigned me had all the comforts I expected, but the pool was dirty and neglected, and the breakfast was a bit basic.

Everything felt very warm, yet I was cheated just for being a foreigner.

The staff were extremely friendly, the pool water temperature was perfect, and the scenery was special. Breakfast was basic yet plentiful. The restaurant offered a short, varied, abundant menu at very reasonable prices. They don’t serve lunch, but you can buy frozen food to take elsewhere, or go to the base of Cerro Catedral, 400 m away, where you’ll find something to eat; I went in summer (off‑season) and always found something open for lunch. Parking is available on the hotel grounds. All good reasons to return. I liked everything.

The view from the accommodation is amazing, especially the reception’s outdoor area, which is very beautiful and cozy. The shower heats well and the room was well climate‑controlled. For those who drink chimarrão, just ask for hot water at reception. It’s a pity that, regarding the price, I was charged 12 dollars more than I should have, simply because they force foreign guests to pay VAT when we should actually be exempt. The booking price already excludes VAT, but the hotel still charges it, even if we explain. I didn’t like the unjust charge; when the receptionist tried to add 20 dollars, I questioned her and luckily my card was limited. Later, on a second attempt, she insisted it was the booking amount but still added 12 dollars. I felt robbed by the hotel. My husband decided not to argue or resolve it in the review, since the first chance to do it right had already passed. Regarding location, if you want to stroll the city center, it’s not worth it; it’s far and there are two dirt roads, one 8 km and the other 2 km. If you’re a tourist who doesn’t want to be unfairly charged, don’t go, don’t even consider staying.
