“Original y comfortable”
The place was clean and original. The owners’ service was personal, no impersonal keys or key‑drop boxes, and the coffee was ready and very friendly. It was a super pleasant experience. The only issue was that they couldn’t give me the room I had booked, but the room they handed me was also nice.
It’s not a hotel; you rent a room that doesn’t include cleaning (you’re charged 500 pesos extra if you ask), no towel changes, no drinking water, and no reception. It’s just a guest house.

The host was very courteous and friendly, and coffee was available every morning. A small fridge and microwave were in the room. The room itself was charming and comfortable. The resident little Scotti dog nosed her way into our room and lay on the cool tile floor, refusing to leave the heat; she was adorable. The only drawback was the construction next door, which stopped around 5 am and was beyond the hotel owner’s control. We were there for business, so we stayed during the day when most people would be sightseeing. The location was great, near Chedarii grocery store, about 4 blocks from the beach.
