“Excellente étape.”
The welcome was very friendly, with staff paying close attention to detail. It sits right across from the Herculaneum site, offers a motorcycle parking spot, and the breakfast was good.
The manager was very nice, greeted us with water and juice, and the breakfast was lovely (homemade cake, good croissants, etc.). They accommodated our schedule by offering breakfast at 7:30 instead of 8, which we appreciated. The location is good, right in front of the Herculaneum ruins. Parking was terrible; we found a paid street parking about a 10‑minute walk from the apartment (Via Roma 40.809613, 14.343984), but the parking meter didn’t work—so we paid via EasyPark instead. The bathroom needs some fixes.

“Consiglio di fermarsi ad Ercolano per visitare gli scavi!”
A great option for visiting the ruins, even for families with kids. It’s two minutes from the excavations on full Corso Resina, and there’s paid, monitored parking available. Ciro was extremely helpful! The first‑floor room had little light, but otherwise everything went well.
“muy cerca de Erculano, está bien”
Breakfast is decent and the gentleman who serves it is very friendly. It’s very close to the Herculaneum ruins. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and although the bathroom is a bit small, it’s more than enough. It’s hard to find the place; you have to read the directions several times to locate the door, where the keys are, and which rooms belong where.
