The small houses are spread out in a large park, and the temperatures are cooler than in the center of Marrakesh. The experience was catastrophic. I asked for compensation for an overbooking, but the hotel refused. Three nights in the same place, two evenings without electricity in the room with horrible temperatures for a young child, no explanation from reception. First night power cut from 21:30 to 2:00, second night from 22:00 to 00:30. The cleaning was not done on the second day even though the key card was left on the handle. The pool area was a disaster—cups and food scraps everywhere. The restaurant looked like a corporate cafeteria, no heat, one section closed, so all guests were crowded. The food was very mediocre: greasy, bland, and lacking flavor. The morning omlette, msemmen, and other dishes were covered in black on the cooking plates. The salads were made from leftovers of previous meals. Not frankly catastrophic. And the 1‑hour snack between 16:00 and 17:00 is a must‑try; the quantity was insufficient for everyone. A fight broke out in the restaurant between the hotel manager and some clients over all these reasons, so the review is mixed.
