The staff were very pleasant, the hotel was quiet and charming, but the rooms did not meet 4‑star standards; there was no hot water on arrival, the TV had issues, and the pool was not heated, so even with 32 °C outside it was hard to swim.

We were welcomed in the best possible way; we should have checked in in the afternoon, but as soon as we arrived they immediately let us into the room. It’s the second time we stay here in September and I must say we were very happy. The décor is impeccable and refined. Cleanliness and the great professionalism at check‑in and check‑out are worth noting. Everything was perfect.
