Very close to the station and you can do a self‑check‑in. The host speaks Italian but we communicated in English via WhatsApp and received quick replies. Overall it was good.

The hotel had an amazing location, just five minutes from the Termini station, and it was comfortable and a good choice; you just need to contact someone via WP to check in instead of waiting for someone in person. The bathroom and toilet hygiene, however, were not very good.
