I’ve never had a problem with Holiday Inn Express except for one thing: the deposit wasn’t returned even though we checked out on September 2nd and it’s already the end of the month; it seems like a recurring issue at all Holiday Inn Express locations, and it normally takes about 2 days to get it back.
