Staying near Vincom made shopping easy and the tower of Nghe An was about 2.8 km away, roughly a 30‑minute walk. Our family spent three nights here and I have a few honest observations: the staff could be friendlier from check‑in through the whole stay; the housekeeper only cleaned once during our three‑night visit, so a regular cleaning schedule would improve comfort; the owner complained that the room rate was “too cheap” after I booked more than a month ahead, which felt unprofessional given the deposit and published price; the motorbike rental pricing was confusing—though I checked in at 14:00 and was due out at 12:00 the next day, a short rental from 09:00 to 21:00 was still charged as a full day (150 k per day), so clearer rules are needed; finally, the rooms were poorly insulated, and late‑night hallway conversations were clearly audible, disturbing light sleepers. The price is attractive, but better service and professionalism are essential for repeat business.
