“Real experience of Florence!”
The vibe was Florentine, the staff great, Agnese was amazing, and the breakfast wonderful. It could get a bit noisy outside on a Saturday night, but nothing dreadful.

Breakfast was good, the beds comfy, and the location near Santa Croce was convenient, though some of our group were woken nightly by noisy nightclub patrons nearby. The rooms have two layers of double glazing. I didn’t like that there were no staff in the afternoon or evening; the price warranted on‑hand help. We had no major issues, but we met another guest whose key didn’t work properly on the hotel door.

It was quiet and peaceful, a short walk to the Arno and Duomo, with very friendly staff and easy accessibility. No complaints—we loved it. It was a tad expensive with the exchange rate.
