Location, price, underground parking. The elevator doesn’t work and it looks like it’s been that way for a while, the staircase carpet is very worn. They notified us by message about the elevator issue; I tried to cancel the reservation and it was impossible.

I’ve stayed here several times (since it was Cayala) and have always liked it, so I came back, the rooms are nice. The location is very good. At the start I was given a room that didn’t match the one I booked online. After requesting a change, the room I was assigned on the first night had no water in the sink or shower. The next day there was water, but it was always cold. As for breakfast; in previous stays the buffet was very good, but this time it was very poor, only scrambled eggs and tortilla chips with sauce, and no flavor. I repeat, previously there was more variety and good taste.

Location. All rooms had problems: no water, no light, the shower knob fell out, a leak in the sink. I understand the intention of the buffet, but what they offer is very poor. I’ve stayed on other occasions and overall the stay had been excellent, but this time it was a bad experience.

Breakfast was good. The elevator didn’t work.

The hotel has a good location, ample parking, and the breakfast is an American‑style buffet. We arrived and the elevator wasn’t working, which was difficult with a person who has trouble walking. The air conditioner dripped and eventually stopped working. On the first day the shower water was cold and then stopped coming out; if we hadn’t complained it probably wouldn’t have worked the next day.
