The spot was fine, but the utilities kept failing for several nights—wifi, lights, microwave, and air conditioning all went down. The phone number they gave us connected to a non‑English speaker. The shower also needed fixing. We left early because a rat was in our room, and we still haven’t received a refund.

The fridge cooled well, the air conditioning worked nicely, the mattresses were comfortable, and the location was great, close to everything and the metro with all lines. The internet sometimes dropped out, climbing up and down to the upper bed was awkward, and the shared shower was unpleasant. It’s okay for one or two nights.

The place is close to Union Square, which is awesome. The bed was comfy, the fridge was a decent size with a small freezer, and there was even a microwave. Plenty of hangers, a small table and chairs, a sink, and a full‑size mirror made it nice. The price was very good for what you get. The shower room on our floor had no lights, so we had to use the one downstairs, which was inconvenient. The handle on one toilet fell off, and the other toilet was tiny and you always had to bring toilet paper from your room.

Everything was great; it’s a mini‑apartment. The only downside was that the bathroom spaces weren’t practical and felt a bit old.

Good location, the room was clean and big enough. There was a sink in the room. I would have liked instructions for the shower; I didn’t know how it worked or thought there was no hot water, but it turned out it just takes a long time for the water to warm up.
