The place was amazing—everything was great. The hotel’s spot is perfect, just a 400‑meter walk to the beach and 700 meters to the city center. The only hiccup was that, even in summer, there was no fruit selection available.

I booked a short stay but ended up staying longer because I just couldn’t leave. The staff were genuinely warm and always ready to help, which made a real difference. Every day offered tasty food with plenty of options, and the whole hotel was spotless. The new snack bar, open from noon to 6 pm, was a great touch—ice cream, snacks, drinks all afternoon. Background music kept the vibe relaxed without being loud. The beach was a quick walk away, another big plus.

Cleanliness was spot‑on, from the rooms to the restaurant and pool. The food was top‑notch and plentiful, and the staff were all smiles, friendly and helpful—some of the same people from last year even remembered us and were thrilled to see us again. The downside? The room’s cooling system was a nightmare. The chiller just wouldn’t work, so we had to keep the AC on for hours to get a few minutes of relief.
