The reception ladies were friendly, helpful, and offered drinks and fruit. The pillows were comfortable and the sheets were fresh white cotton. The bed itself was clean and cozy. However, the place felt more like a hostel than a hotel, with grubby walls in the main corridor. Bathroom tiles were missing, so the wet room soaked everything after a shower. The balcony door was flimsy and the view was only of the neighbourhood. The hall walls and doors were paper‑thin. We were disappointed with Rayong and wanted to leave quickly.
