I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, which falls short of even the most basic expectations. The hotel's appearance is uninviting, and upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the elevator was out of order, forcing me to help my elderly parents up two flights of stairs. The room was plagued by a swarm of mosquitoes, and the bathroom was poorly maintained, with a bidet lying on the floor and a lack of basic amenities like soap.
