We booked the place and found it in a bad state, so we ended up not occupying it because it felt scary. On top of that, I lost R1350 because I used a card payment to pay online.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, ants were everywhere on the floor and the shower only had cold water.

Nothing was good at all. The service was very poor, the toilets didn’t work properly, the roof was only mildly damaged, there were no keys to lock the doors, and the showers were cold.

The location was right and the exterior looked clean and promising, but inside it was a mess. The TV didn’t work, the bed was stiff and uncomfortable, the furniture was too old, kids were around making noise like in a preschool, the shower water was cold, and the toilet was leaking 😭😭😭. I wish I had a refund; I didn’t enjoy the two days I booked.

The place was quiet and clean. The only downside was the team’s time management.
