The pizza was great and the staff were friendly, but the king room lacked a cupboard and a towel rail, the toilet seat was chipped, the music volume was unacceptable, the food was pricey with little variety, and the wine was overpriced.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious, but the loud music on arrival was off‑putting; even though our room was far from reception we still heard the bass, and I dread what weekends must feel like—definitely not a boutique hotel and the room finishes were poor.
