How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The all‑inclusive buffet was surprisingly tasty, which was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately the rooms feel a bit dated – the fixtures and décor look like they haven’t been touched in years. We heard they’re planning a renovation soon, so hopefully that will change.

The meals were solid and the animation crew kept us entertained all day. The only real gripe was that the second bedroom in the family suite had no air‑conditioning, which made it uncomfortable at night. Apart from that, everything else was spot on.

The beach itself was beautiful, but the accommodation was a nightmare. We were given a room with no running water and had to go to another room just to shower, feeling like we’d paid camping rates for a hotel. After a day of promises that never materialized, we were finally moved – but we lost a lot of time, the activities were very basic, the towel shop was almost always closed with a rude attendant, the drinks were subpar, and the sunscreen they sold was defective, leaving me sunburned.

Staff were genuinely friendly, the food was excellent and varied, and the entertainment program was top‑notch. On the downside, there was no Wi‑Fi in the rooms, the water pressure was weak, and we missed having a small snack option before meals. Those little inconveniences kept the stay from being perfect.

The hotel's location is the main selling point – it’s right where you want to be, close to everything you might need. Nothing else really stood out, but the convenience alone makes it worth considering.
