The ac worked great. I ask for a 1st floor room at check in. He said it was. But it was on the 2nd floor. No elevator. The floors were dirty. My feet were dirty after walking around the room for awhile. Apparently some people live there, was kind of leary of the residents who were hanging around the rooms. Doors open and music loud at like midnight

The room could use a more detailed cleaning, especially the walls and door, which were stained.

The location was convenient, but the room was dirty, used hotel shampoo bottles, had uncomfortable beds, and the shower had low water pressure.
