They didn’t give me the room I booked online.

The owner is pathetic and refuses online bookings even with confirmation. He took extra money from me and treated me like a beggar when I asked for an extra hour stay because the other check‑in was around 2 pm, yet he told me to leave at 10 am. They would enter your room at any time, even if you’re a lone female. It’s a shady area with shady people. It’s not a hotel but a PG, extremely unsafe and unprofessional.

The management is terrible. There’s no dustbin, soap, AC remote, and no way to handle guests.
