The lunch and the front‑desk staff, especially the man who works the evening shift, were wonderful and welcoming. However, the heating/cooling system in my room was broken; a large radiator on the wall made a loud noise all night. The room wasn’t very clean—there was dirt on the bathroom counter and the rug wasn’t clean, which made it hard to breathe all night. There was no coffee or other amenities available in the room.
