The auberge is a very beautiful building on Turckheim’s main street, with nearby parking, restaurants, and shops. Checking in was easy, especially since the proprietor Manon helped us with our bags upstairs. Our bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was spectacular! The bed was comfortable, we slept well, and the breakfast was excellent. No negatives.

The staff were friendly, the managers were strong and very efficient, and nothing was lacking.

The breakfast and the location were good, but the hotel was closed when we arrived just after 15.00h and we had to wait until 15.45 to check in. An 'emergency' telephone number was listed, yet there was no signal to make a call, and the welcome desk was functional but offered no apology for the delay, with the owner showing a lack of warmth throughout our stay.
