“Excellent hôte”

The hotel looked exactly like the photos, with a spacious, clean room, daily linen changes, a decent breakfast, and very friendly, professional staff—especially Mr Hüseyin; it sits in the town centre on a small street, a five‑minute walk to the tram, and within easy strolling distance of the Blue Mosque, St Sophie’s Church, nearby restaurants and shops, which made the location perfect. I loved everything 🥰 thanks to all the staff for the warm welcome and service 🙏. Everything was perfect for me.

“Redescobrir Istambul”

The location is very good, close to everything (short walks or tram). The room was very comfortable and quite large. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. It was not the hotel’s fault, but the streets around this area, due to the high number of shoe stores, were quite dirty and full of boxes and cards scattered everywhere at the end of the day.

The staff are very kind. The breakfast is very good. The location is close to tourist sights. Commercial activities on the surrounding streets cause noise, filth and discomfort.

“The best customer Service”

The stay was wonderful! The location is excellent, only about a 6‑minute walk to the Grand Bazaar and around 10‑15 minutes to Hagia Sophia and the Sultan Ahmed (Blue) Mosque. What really made the experience exceptional was the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Ahmad and Murat; the level of customer service from both of them was outstanding. They were always ready to help and made the whole stay much more enjoyable. Great location, amazing staff, and truly excellent service. Highly recommended! I didn’t find facilities like toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap, shaving kit, etc. Luckily we had our own, so that was okay for us; shampoo, shower gel, and slippers were there, the rest are not critical.
