The room was nice with a great balcony view, the spot was central yet peaceful, and the host was friendly—highly recommended!
The location was great, the room was nice, and the host was friendly; I loved the open kitchen area in front of the room. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room but was fine in the kitchen area, and it would be nice to have a water‑filter in the bathroom after showering, but those small issues didn’t ruin my stay.

The location and view were good, but there was no trash bin, no toilet paper, and no kettle even though it was listed; we managed those ourselves.

Right beside Coral Beach in Lipah, I booked the deluxe studio that had a kitchenette, a cool fridge, cooking pans, and utensils, so we could make eggs and muesli before the restaurants opened; the beds were solid and comfy, the AC was new, and being upstairs gave us a fantastic ocean view. Construction was happening outside to widen the roads, a bit dusty, but the property was tucked into a quiet street and far from the noise.
The sea view, 3 minutes to the beach, nearby restaurants, and a kitchen for us were all positives.
