The apartment was in an excellent location, just a one‑minute walk from the Spanish Steps, making it easy to reach all the main attractions on foot. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, always happy to answer any questions we had. The apartment is located in a charming, authentic Italian building, while the interior is renovated, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. We highly recommend this place!

Great location, centrally positioned between many of the city’s historic sites while also being in a very walkable area with plenty of restaurants and shops. Great host who was always willing to provide information about the area and help with airport transfers and other recommendations.

The spot sits right next to the Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, and plenty of upscale shopping, so the location is unbeatable. However, the apartment is far smaller than the photos suggest, and it’s on the 5th floor, meaning you have to climb a cramped, old‑fashioned elevator every time. The bed felt uncomfortable and the shower was tiny. Though the room was clean, its limited space made it hard to relax after a long day exploring Rome.

The pillows were lumpy and awful, and the shower hadn’t been cleaned during our eight‑day stay. Two glass cups were left in the room; we had to wash them ourselves because the staff never did. The balcony was filthy.

Very pleasant place in a great location near the Spanish Steps. Included in the price was a small Italian breakfast at a nearby café: croissant, coffee and juice. Highly recommend.
