The experience was terrible; the staff were extremely rude and uncooperative, a stark contrast to my previous visits a few years ago when the standards were higher. The receptionist, the manager, and others behaved in a way that showed a complete lack of customer service skills and they should be trained on proper customer interaction. Cleanliness was also lacking—several bathroom fixtures were broken, and the drainage produced a strong odor.

The breakfast was good, and the hotel’s location is excellent. However, there was no hot water available for morning showers because the solar heating system doesn’t provide hot water early in the day.

Rooms are very small. I have booked for 3 person but room allotted small. Already paid for three person but they ask extra bed charges. Not worth as per cost
