Overall, the location was good – you can walk to Chinatown, Merlion, and the surrounding food streets. The air‑conditioner made an unusual noise. Some old guests’ belongings were still in the room (a half‑drunk water bottle in the fridge, under the bed, and a paper bag). There were no slippers provided.

The place is well situated. However, the hotel is in a poor state: walls, curtains, bed linens, and furniture were stained. Rooms were tiny, the bed was uncomfortable, and breakfast was limited.

The location was fine, and they changed towels daily. But in my view, this property shouldn’t be listed! The room was dirty, sheets were stained, there was a smell from the drains, and insects were crawling on the high walls. To ask for a room change, I had to walk past the fire stairs… scary! The new room was even smaller, still dirty but at least insect‑free. And the breakfast was awful with no cleanliness. In every booking I’ve made, I’ve never encountered a place like this.

The subway was relatively close, and restaurants along Marina Bay were also nearby and convenient. On the first day, the shower temperature didn’t rise, which was frustrating, but by the second day it was somewhat manageable. The water pressure was weak.
