Location near the airport. Too many trees growing in front of the balcony, hardly any water visible. The balcony chairs are too low, no rail over them. The room had no minibar or any other cold storage.

Good location, balcony, breakfast included, nice view from the dining room, free parking. Lack of information and communication. They don’t give the Wi‑Fi password from the start, nor do they explain how to contact reception; we never heard about the nice bar on the street until we were already leaving; the shower is open and the whole bathroom gets wet, no USB ports, it takes about 30 minutes to get a key card because the other receptionist didn’t know how to do it; the room rug was very dirty; the rate doesn’t match the service offered; it was the most expensive hotel of all the holidays.

The room was fabulous, with amazing views and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing, offering a brilliant selection for everyone. The charge for sunbeds felt a bit much, especially since you’re already paying to stay in the hotel and that’s one of the facilities within the hotel.

The location overlooks the boats/bay, the decor is crisp and beautiful, a small but lovely infinity pool, and the staff are warm. The hotel itself was lovely.
