I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel, where the initial promise of a complimentary breakfast with my room booking turned into a frustrating situation. When I arrived, the staff insisted that I pay for the breakfast again, which left me and my son without breakfast for two days. I had specifically paid for the room and breakfast package, so I was quite disappointed by this unexpected turn of events. I'm still waiting for a refund, hoping that the hotel will make things right.
