The bed, mattress, and cushion were nice, the AC worked, the rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were clean and large. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, but the food did not taste authentically Kakinada; a good South Indian chef would be needed.

The hotel's location in the city center was a major plus, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, my experience was marred by the poor state of the hotel's toilets, which were not cleaned regularly and lacked basic hygiene. The housekeeping was also subpar, which added to my disappointment.
