The spot was perfect, breakfast was solid, and the outdoor area was the cherry on top.

The staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly. Off‑road parking was a bonus. The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped.

Kay greeted us warmly and was always ready to help; the parking was ample and check‑in was a breeze. Wi‑Fi worked fine and the bed was super comfy. I liked that both decaf and regular tea and coffee were offered, and breakfast had plenty of options. The location was convenient for the bus stop or a short stroll into the city centre. One of the breakfast chairs wobbled, but otherwise we were very satisfied.
The place was very quiet yet only a 15‑minute walk to the town centre; the room was very comfortable and well equipped, and the continental breakfast selection was good.
