I booked a three‑night stay and intended to pay on arrival, yet I only spent one night because the shower couldn’t hold a steady temperature—it would either scald or be ice‑cold. When I raised the issue at the front desk, they offered no remedy and didn’t even propose a refund for the two unused nights. The room was extremely cramped, barely lit and poorly ventilated.

Emplacement central, but the room was very small, the shower didn’t work, the toilet flush was broken, and the sheets were too small for the bed.

The location is excellent, just meters from the pedestrian zone and the city’s main square. The staff were very helpful. We needed to leave earlier than breakfast time, so the front‑desk ladies arranged for us to have breakfast at a nearby hotel that served it earlier. We’re very grateful for that gesture.
