We were very impressed with the hotel as a family, friendly staff, clean rooms! The beds are a bit hard, which is typical in northern Thailand. The location is great, very central, but not too noisy!
The location is superb. The soundproofing, however, is nonexistent – if you’re a light sleeper you’ll hear neighbors coming in, doors slamming, and other disturbances.
“Apprécie”
The hotel sits in the old town centre of Chiang Mai. The bars across the street keep the music going until 2 a.m. in the evenings.
“It is worth the stay.”
The place offers solid value and a spot that’s hard to beat, with a pool and friendly staff. Walking two minutes gets you to the indoor and outdoor street‑food markets and other shops. Laundry drop‑off is just around the corner at 50 baht per kg, and there are tasty restaurants and cafés a few minutes away. The downside is the noise from the street and nearby bars.
“Very nice stay and of great value.”
The staff were welcoming and kind, and the pool was a refreshing break. The hotel sits in a central spot, though it’s on a busy alley.
