“A very nice stopover.”
Our room was very spacious, clean, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Breakfast was well cooked, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

We were thrilled by how spacious, clean and comfortable the room was, the staff were wonderful, the pub felt cosy with a lovely atmosphere, and the breakfasts were exceptional. We didn’t dislike anything.

Good location for New Forest. Excellent breakfast and evening meal in the pub. The room needed a good clean; there was dust on the TV, a dead wasp, and crisps on the carpet. The springs in the bed were very uncomfortable.

The room was decorated nicely. Ensuite was good Toiletries good Tea and coffee ok. We knew it was above a pub and that was fine however both of the windows were broken so you could not close them at all so till around 2330 all we could hear was lots of chatting and swearing. In the morning we stood waiting for ages to be seated for breakfast. Only one member of staff working and when was really busy. He saw us but carried on. It just might have been nice to have been acknowledged, especially as I have trouble standing and I wear a leg brace and had a crutch
