The location is great, close to the bus station, but that's about it. We arrived at 4 am and the receptionist was sleeping on the couch - we had to wake him up just to get some attention. They claimed to have 24-hour reception, but it didn't feel like it. When we came back later to check in, they tried to charge us extra for arriving early, which was pretty unfair. And to make matters worse, they didn't speak English and we had to use a translator.

The rooms here have some real perks, like great location and decent size - but honestly, it's clear the place could use a thorough cleaning. I noticed cobwebs on the ceiling and a fair bit of mould on the bathroom walls, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, if they sorted out the cleanliness, this could be a solid choice.

We arrived at 1:30 am and the hotel was supposed to be open 24/7, but it was closed and no one answered the phone. We had to knock on the door for over 20 minutes before the receptionist finally came to let us in - he had apparently fallen asleep. The room was a disaster: dirty, no toilet paper, no trash can, stained sheets with cigarette holes and a weird smell. The hotel never responded to our messages before arrival. Overall, a really bad experience.

This place is set in an old colonial house in a really upscale and quiet neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, pleasant, and clean - a real plus. The staff doesn't always speak English, which led to some funny moments. All in all, a lovely stay with no major complaints.

This place has some serious wow factor - the room is huge and the bed is super comfy, plus it's literally inside a mansion, which is pretty cool. The staff are friendly and helpful, even if some of them don't speak much English, and we were able to check in early for a reasonable price. That said, it was clear the previous guests had left some mess behind the cupboards and TV, which could've used a bit more attention from housekeeping.
