The front desk staff were friendly, yet the room had an odor—probably from cleaning products—and felt almost musty.

The location was just off the interstate, the room was nice, and they offered free breakfast and coffee all day, but when I entered the room I found hair and a red sticky substance just below the coat/purse rack on the left wall—something the cleaners clearly missed.
