The place was clean and safe. Nothing else.

I’m still at this place and writing because it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Save your money—there’s a Hyatt right in the same parking lot, just book there instead. The only reason this hotel sucks is the front‑desk lady’s rudeness. My husband and I landed a 6 am flight into Dallas but were up at 3 am. I don’t know what her limits are, but she wouldn’t let us check in earlier, so we waited until 3 pm to check in even though we were in town at 7 am. We were at a friend’s house for a wedding, so we just waited. When we finally got into the room and settled for a nap, a random family assigned to our same room barged in, banging on the door while vacuuming the hall, trying to wake us up. We woke in a panic and a man with six others stood outside, flashing his keycard for room 312. My husband showed ours to him. I thought we’d made it in somehow. Idiots—I hate this hotel. I was already upset that she wouldn’t let us check in earlier, but she literally double‑booked our rooms. This place is a joke.

The location was great, but the building was poorly maintained. Paint was chipping in our room, water pressure was almost nonexistent, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. A shelf in the shower was hanging loose, nearly falling off. Our room was never cleaned, and a sign said they wouldn’t make our beds because they weren’t allowed to touch our property, so we brought our own pillows. We had to keep asking for towels because the room was never cleaned. Breakfast was below average, and the promised pancake maker was out of order. A light on the front‑desk phone flashed to show a voicemail, and they said there was no way to turn it off, so we had to unplug it. We definitely would not stay here again.

The front desk is always nice and friendly, and it’s one of the cleaner hotels, especially for a quick stay.
