“Great location, great staff and a very comfortable room with all the basic amenities”
I found nothing to criticize except the lack of a large kitchen; otherwise the location, room amenities, air conditioning, and staff were all excellent. While I was there, some guests were sitting in the main common area between rooms, which felt a bit uncomfortable.

Great location, comfortable accommodation, and excellent service. All staff are super attentive! I liked everything!
The spot was super convenient and felt very safe. Lewis, the manager, and everyone on the team were incredibly sweet and attentive, always going above and beyond to look after us. Breakfast was a real highlight every single day — fresh, healthy, and delicious. This was my third stay and it just keeps getting better! The only thing I’d suggest is keeping up with general maintenance and upkeeping — some rooms and bathrooms could use a bit of renovation and care over time. It’s a small thing, though, and didn’t take away from how well we were looked after.

A very quiet spot yet very close to everything in Masaki. The staff are excellent, very helpful and nice. Breakfast and the “gym” could improve a lot.
