“Pesima experiencia”

The only positive thing was that it was close to Ibirapuera Park. It was a disgrace; the infrastructure had nothing to do with a 4‑star hotel, and I was offended by Booking for not checking this beforehand. I was traveling for work and had no place to set up a computer; they improvised a table for it, but it was not comfortable at all. The sheets had holes. Additionally, the hotel staff worked only until noon, after which no one was available to greet you, and the cafeteria or breakfast area closed at noon. I urge Booking, a globally known platform, to verify this for themselves, because claiming it’s a hotel is far from reality. The same person who greeted you cooked the breakfast, which was very basic and poorly served. The experience was lamentable, and there was also old dirt in the room.

Posizione in un quartiere tranquillo, ma la pulizia non era al livello degli standard italiani: i muri erano macchiati, c’erano ragnatele tra comodino e letto, e la porta non era in linea con il pavimento, lasciando entrare aria. La camera era molto umida e nel bagno si formava una forte condensa che non si poteva eliminare anche lasciando la finestra aperta. Le lenzuola avevano qualche macchia, anche se il letto era grande e morbido. La colazione era buona, ma le quantità erano limitate; il primo giorno rimanevano solo due fette di torta e non vennero rimpiazzate. Il personale era disponibile anche per il check‑in post mezzanotte, e poiché non c’era reception, ti venivano forniti i codici.
