The property was very good, but it felt too scary at night. The current Wi‑Fi is not working.

“Very poor experience. Read details. Proceed with caution”

The place was clean and the staff were good. However, the management was rude; a girl named Tanya demanded money as if I was going to leave without paying, and her customer service was horrible. There was no property manager or single point of contact for arriving guests, making everything feel very haphazard. The Wi‑Fi was unreliable and cell coverage was nonexistent. You should only stay if you want to disconnect from people and bring your own car, since calling a taxi is a hassle. The property claims to be in Coonoor but is actually 1 hour away in a remote spot. The listing is misleading, stating Coonoor while the hotel is 22 km from Coonoor and 25 km from Ooty. Don’t stay here if you plan to visit popular attractions, and senior citizens might think twice. The dinner was good but breakfast was average. The room was spacious and the dining area was great, and overall cleanliness was maintained.
