The view from my room was amazing - I could see the river right from my window
The onsen was amazing - it was a natural hot spring with plenty of water
The hotel's extensive range of services, which far exceeded my expectations

The place is big, but the bathroom in the room is a bit small.
The room is large yet the stay fee is reasonable; the location is inconvenient, but that’s a plus for me since I drive.
“本格的な温泉で長期療養にも良さそう。”
The on‑sen was truly outstanding and the room was spacious with an unbeatable view; on the downside, the dinner buffet from the Ito En group was terrible, and the shuttle from the station filled up quickly while the local bus ran infrequently and got very crowded.
The room was roomy, but the unit bath was cramped, the water pressure was poor, and the hill leading up to the hotel was uneven and full of holes.
The four‑person room was huge, dinner was served as a buffet with a decent variety that suited all‑you‑can‑eat fans, and the hot springs were excellent, though the mattress felt oddly firm/soft.
