We booked room 207 for two nights and the experience was very disappointing. The ventilation fan was unbearably loud and the staff insisted it couldn't be turned off, so we had to use earplugs to sleep each night, which ruined our rest. The bathroom’s body lotion dispenser was broken, and although the staff promised a fix, it remained unrepaired when we checked out. More alarmingly, the bottom trim of the bathroom door frame was loose and unsafe; it detached when lightly kicked and we almost slipped and fell entering the bathroom—this is a serious safety concern that needs urgent attention. We also noticed that rooms on the fifth floor had coffee machines, but ours did not, making the in‑room amenities feel inconsistent. Overall, the room was poorly maintained and the problems we raised were not resolved during our stay. We expected a much higher standard of comfort, safety, maintenance, and guest service.
