“Terrible.”
Nothing good. The guy is horribly creepy and mean. Everything is bad. The place is terrible, not ready for business, and shouldn’t be on the website for anyone to rent yet.

The room was spotless and had a vintage vibe. The breakfast, made at home, was tasty. Mike was friendly, chatty, and even helped when our car broke down. Thanks, Mike!

The staff were kind, generous, and caring—breakfasts were amazing every day. I left feeling well taken care of.

I didn't sign up for breakfast, but Mike kept offering it and even treated us to a great BBQ and a unique breakfast on the last day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cool, and the masonry walls kept train noise down. The place is still being renovated, so a clearer sign and a fresh flag would help, but the host is enthusiastic and the vibe is worth it.

Quiet, clean, and comfy—exactly what I needed. The room felt like a small sanctuary.
