The room was clean, well‑located, and the staff were courteous, but the late check‑out was decidedly expensive.

The bed was comfortable, the building felt modern, the rooms were spotless, and parking was available, yet the shower had no door so water splashed out, and the bathroom itself was also doorless.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Sauna und Whirlpool. Großartiger Ausblick auf Trient, tolles Frühstück, Parkplatz vorhanden, sehr schönes sauberes Hotel!

The rooms were modern and stylish, the young and very competent team was welcoming, and the breakfast was exceptionally good and varied; nothing was missing, only a pity that we could stay only one night.

The room offered more space than most Italian stays and the accommodations were modern, but despite the photos suggesting a secluded mountain setting, the hotel was actually compact among other buildings with no open view; what upset us most was the service—when the receptionist saw we were Brazilians she made several prejudiced remarks about us being from a third‑world country, implying it was fine that we didn't report problems because we were used to it, which we tolerated; later, when we asked for directions to the historic center, she again spoke in a xenophobic tone, claiming we wouldn't have trouble walking there because it was safe and we were accustomed to theft in our country; we found her comments extremely xenophobic and unacceptable for a hotel; additionally, the room was not properly cleaned, with hair in various spots in the shower and on the bathroom counter.
