“Very comfortable guest house in a pretty area of Folkstone”

Our rooms and bathrooms were beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was freshly cooked and different for each of us. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for an evening meal. Off‑site parking is available a short walk away, which might not suit everyone. There is no lift to the upper floors, but that was not a problem for us.

The staff are friendly and the location is great, close to the coast/ beach. The accommodation feels a bit dated.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were great. I couldn’t find any faults with the property, although the stairs might be an issue for people with reduced mobility. The staircase itself is beautiful.

The location near the beach is great. Breakfast is excellent, the room is very comfortable, and free Wi‑Fi, coffee, and tea are provided. I thoroughly recommend it. Nothing to complain about.

Great location, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. The pet rabbits are very cute and lovely to see running around the back courtyard. the room was a good size for me but others may find it on the small size
