We booked two double rooms, arrived to find a quadruple, were told it was a booking issue and then offered a second double; the room was dirty, smelled of smoke and ash, had hair on the blankets, the toilet leaked water, and each flush required us to step outside to avoid getting our feet wet.

Silvia’s welcome was superb and the breakfast spread, with both sweet and savory options, really hit the spot; my kids especially loved the Nutella fountain that came with the brioche. Thanks!
