The staff were helpful and the service was excellent, but the room air‑conditioners were inefficient and, despite decent food, there was a lack of variety.

The facilities were good, but the food was very poor, and the server didn’t wear a uniform, mask, or hat.
The place was clean and the facilities were fine, but the food staff were quite arrogant; they offered a buffet menu, yet when we asked for more they seemed annoyed and had a bad attitude when serving.
The service was outstanding, yet we stayed in the huts and wished for thicker blankets and softer, less firm pillows; we were in the Mexico cabin but the animals on the other side kept us from sleeping.
