A good hotel near the Waterfront, with a decent breakfast and friendly staff. It felt a bit dated and plain, lacking atmosphere; the pool is next to the parking garage, and the rooms are very noisy.

Huge, elegant room with an excellent breakfast (missing a bit of sweet, but that’s how it is in South Africa); covered parking with a guard, close to the waterfront, modern and very nice structure.

Well‑located with proactive, cheerful staff. Unfortunately I had a bad experience for several reasons: 1) The curtain in every room is old and sheds white dust that stains clothes; 2) The room air‑conditioner makes a high, shrill whine that disturbs sleep; 3) We ordered pizza at the restaurant and it took 1h20 to be ready; 4) The photos on the booking site don’t show key details like the pool being beside the parking and the shower lacking a proper box.

The staff was fine and they went the extra mile to help; the room was in perfect condition 👌. I wish the breakfast had more variety, especially for a hot morning.
