The location is good and the breakfast is good, the room isn’t very large but it’s fine. The bed is a bit hard, the room lets in a lot of light because the curtains are very light, and street and hallway noise is noticeable.

The place isn’t accessible for late arrivals; they only accept cash, which is inconvenient if you have a late-night reservation, even though the description says they accept cash or transfer.

Buena relación calidad-precio. El hotel está bien ubicado y tiene muchas cosas cerca, como tiendas y farmacias. Además, el centro comercial queda aproximadamente a 5 minutos en taxi, lo cual resulta muy conveniente. En general, tuve una buena experiencia y considero que por el precio es una muy buena opción. Durante mi estadía no había agua caliente. Aunque el clima de Cali es cálido, considero que igualmente es un servicio necesario y que debería estar disponible para los huéspedes. También sería bueno ampliar un poco el horario del desayuno, ya que actualmente solo se sirve hasta las 8:30 a. m. Un horario un poco más extendido sería más cómodo, especialmente para quienes desean descansar un poco más
