“Okay”
The Wi‑Fi code was missing from the stairs to the 3rd floor.
“Never given a room”
The location is nice, but no room was prepared for me so I had to find a key lying around and assumed the room was mine. I called and messaged the owner but never received a reply. The mattress was very hard; I even hurt my back a little when I fell hard on it and hit the wood underneath. There was also a lot of noise outside.
“Very comfortable stay in a lovely town.”
Right in the centre of Kelso, everything we needed was close by. Free parking. The extra items like toaster, microwave, fridge were much appreciated, as you don’t often get those in other B&Bs. Greggs and a baguette shop were very close too. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Nothing much else; a slight problem with getting in, but that was our fault!
“ideal location and comformtable for my visit to Kelso”
The place really needs a towel rail so wet towels can dry.
“Great location, clean and comfortable, but too many stairs.”
I chose this spot for its central Kelso location. The place was clean, comfortable, and the room had a large en‑suite. Our room was on the 3rd floor, the stairs were steep and there was no lift. We wouldn’t have picked it for that reason, but we needed a town‑centre spot on short notice. We might choose another place next time, but would stay here again if needed.
