I didn’t find anything good about this place and regret booking it. The house is old, the kitchen tools are poor, the furniture is worn, and the bedding is bad—there’s even an old mattress next to the stairs. I asked the host how to connect to Wi‑Fi, but couldn’t reach them.

I avoided the high rates they charge in Banff National Park, so this place was perfect for a short drive into the park; the host warned it’s not flawless, but it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Parking on the driveway is handy, but avoid the spot under the tree on the road—bird droppings will be on your car in the morning—and it’s a little farther from the house, just a heads‑up.

The room was clean as shown in the photos, had a private bathroom, and the host was kind and quick to respond, though the bed made a lot of noise.
